Premier Furnace Specialists' Aluminum Solution Heat Treat System is an electrically heated system that consists of two 48-inch- diameter x 72-inch-deep pit-mounted furnaces and a quench tank. Each furnace can process two 36-inch-tall stacking baskets holding 3,000 pounds of aluminum castings with an overall capacity of 4,000 pounds. They are capable of heating aluminum product from 250°F to llOO°F while maintaining customer requirements for a tight temperature tolerance. 

Premier Furnace Specialists Inc. received an order for a gas-fired box-type forge furnace from a northern Michigan supplier. The effective load size is 6 feet wide x 6, feet deep x 4, feet high with a 4,00D-pound load capacity. The furnace, which has 12 inches of ceramic-fiber insulation, has an operating, temperature range of 750-2400°F. State:...of-the-art controls, which feature auto start and automatic turndown, are integrated with the in-house computer network system and have a log-in feature for remote troubleshooting capabilities. 

Premier Furnace Specialists received an order from a large Commercial Heat Treater in the state of Michigan to design, manufacture, and install an endothermic gas generator which is a stand-alone unit designated to generate 3,000 to 12,000 CHF of endothermic gas. The generator consists of four (4) independent heating/cracking modules. The system will provide wide flexibility in gas flow capacity that is automatically adjusted by the included Endolnjector TM gas mixing system. The generator insulation will have fiber modules in walls and roof and brick insulation on the floor. The burner system is direct fired with individual flame monitoring. The Endolnjector™ will have integrated temperature control loops to control the temperature of the retorts. The "main control screen" will provide an overview of all important generator process factors 

Premier Furnace Specialists received an order from a large automotive supplier for the design and manufacture and installation of a 2,000 #/HR atmosphere roller hearth annealing furnace to be installed at the customer's facility in Mexico. The furnace has an operating temperature of 1650 degrees F, lined with ceramic-fiber module type insulation, an Eclipse burner system with recuperation for fuel savings. The cooling of production will be achieved by an atmosphere sealed convection cooling zone, fully automated tray transferring system, state of the art controls which are integrated with the in house computer network system and has a log in feature for remote troubleshooting capabilities. Premier Furnace Specialists also will supply an Exothermic Gas Generator with auto start feature, gas refrigeration Dryer, 5-point Dew Point Monitoring System, and a Water Recirculation System to include filtration and back up pumps
