I have been doing business with Premier Furnace since April 2000. Don contacted me by telephone to set up a meeting to discuss what kind of services his company could perform for Hutchinson FTS here in Jonesville. I was impressed most with his emphasis on customer service and pricing during our conversation. I then decided to add Premier to my vendor list and pursue a business relationship.

The most impressive part of the relationship is that I can call Premier at any time for any reason and receive help that minute. This service alone is irreplaceable, due to the downtime that will occur if issues are not solved quickly. I just wanted to take a moment and put in writing the good experiences that Federal Forge has had dealing with Premier Furnace. Before starting at Federal Forge, I had never dealt with furnace repairs. My first experience with the repair of a furnace was when our main quench and draw furnace went down last year. Federal Forge was in a major dilemma. We were on the verge of shutting down one of the major automotive manufacturer’s assembly lines. Your form dropped everything to come to our aid. Premier Furnace nor only did an excellent repair, but did it in an extremely short time frame. Even though we had never done business with your firm before, you treated us like we were your largest customer ­ and that has not been forgotten. As I have told you before, Premier Furnace has earned any and all furnace repair jobs at Federal Forge.

I would say the one thing that comes to mind when I think of Premier Furnace is honesty. Don, you have always been 100% honest when I have dealt with you, which is very refreshing. That is the one thing that I look for when choosing a vendor, is how much do I feel I can believe in them and trust them. I know that when I receive a quote from you, you are doing exactly what needs to be done to both do it right and provide the customer with a repair that will last for years.
