New motor and burner control panel with Honeywell UDC controllers and MIC paperless recorder installed in 2004. New furnace wiring installed in 2004.

Description: Watkins-Johnson Model #CA24-250 continuous mesh belt furnace, originally built in 1994 and recently refurbished to factory-new condition. Stored in shrink wrap (fully tested – but not used). 25 Ft OA length. 400 Lbs per hour @ 1,400°F operating temperature & 2,000°F maximum temperature. 480 VAC 3 Phase 60 Hz. Electrically heated. Has new 24” wide SS belt with side plates, new Hi-Watt temperature controllers, new Honeywell hi-limits, new Waukee Flo-Tronic flow meters for nitrogen/hydrogen atmosphere, and new Honeywell QXE paperless recorder. Gas-tight Inconel 601 muffle. All heating elements tested & functional.
